The natural setting and open spaces of BeechTree are a big part of what creates the active, engaged lifestyle residents enjoy here every day. For you, maybe that means heading out early on a spring morning for a round of golf at Lake Presidential. Or it could be a beautiful fall hike down the walking trails with the family. Maybe a lazy summer day by the swimming pool is more your speed. Regardless, you know it’s never exciting when foul weather ruins your outdoor plans.
Now in fall, freezing temperatures are only a few weeks away, and it’s unlikely we’ll be enjoying the outdoor amenities as much when it’s freezing outside. Fortunately, it’s easy to stay engaged with your neighbors and stay active, rain, snow or shine, inside the Recreation Center.
Inside the Recreation Center
Step inside to a stylish, communal lounge space you can use to connect with neighbors, hold a club meeting and more. A demonstration kitchen is situated just off this space. Here, you could host a cooking class or get catering delivered for your next gathering. If that’s not big enough to fit your needs, we also offer a formal dining room that offers seating for groups up to 200 people.
You’ll also find a state-of-the-art fitness center offering a wide range of exercise machines. Make this a part of your routine to stay active and in shape during the frigid winter months. Ranging from treadmills to resistance machines, you’ll have everything you need to keep up your routine without leaving the comfort of your neighborhood.
Recreation Center Events
The clubhouse is also the center for all sorts of community events. With Halloween approaching, we have a range of seasonal celebrations coming up. This Saturday, October 27, from 11 am to 1 pm, we’re hosting a pumpkin decorating event on the lower level lawn just outside the clubhouse. Later that night, we’re hosting a Fall Sip & Paint event for our adult residents from 7 pm to 9 pm. Join us in the lounge for wine and a group painting workshop.
